Autocoat Large Paint Booths are recommended for painting of heavy parts and large components such as wagons, chassis of vehicles, trailers, rail coaches, trucks, earth-moving machinery and buses. The Side Draft airflow configuration for medium-sized components is popular because of its lower initial cost and lower operating cost — with air draft moving horizontally from the open front side towards the exhaust chamber.
In a Large Painting Booth, air can flow from top to bottom (Downdraft) or in a Cross-Flow configuration where air draft moves from one top corner to the other end of the booth. For bigger components such as Rail Coaches and Earth-Moving Machinery, Dry Type or Wet Type, Truck Paint Booth or Rail Coach Painting Booth can be selected as per painting consumption and type of paint required.
