Oil Spray Booth (Oil Booth)
Oil Booth is a newer application of spraying oil instead of dip-oiling. Oil Booths are necessary for automobile parts or other components to spray oil in an enclosed chamber to protect them from temporary corrosion — prevention of components for 30 days, 60 days or more.
In Oil Booth, a high-powered exhaust system carries excess sprayed oil to reduce TLVC (Threshold Limited Value), reducing fire hazard and giving operator comfort for breathing. The second major aspect is how to recover & recycle oil for economies of oiling cost.

Gel coat booths are a newer application of spraying Gel coat, widely used for spraying on moulds. Gel coat is a material used to provide a high-quality finish on the visible surface of a fiber-reinforced composite material — based on epoxy or unsaturated polyester resin chemistry.

Furniture Paint Booth (Woodworking Spray Booth)
Autocoat Furniture Paint Booths are designed for quality paint finishing and can be used with overhead conveyorised lines, high-production palletised floor conveyorised lines, as well as low-production batch systems.
We offer Dry Paint Booths with 4-level filtration for low volume paint consumption as well as Water Type Paint Booths for high volume finishing. Dinitrol Paint Booth (Dinitrol Spray Booth)
Dinitrol is a thixotropic rust preventive fluid which provides long-term resistance against corrosion and abrasion, even under severe conditions. Provides a tough elastic waxy protective coating — leaves a brown, waxy water-repellent protective film with super penetrating corrosion prevention. Stops existing rust.
Dinitrol Paint Booth is also known as Dinitrol Spray Booth or Dinitrol Painting Booth. Dinitrol Downdraft design is more complex — includes enclosure design, exhaust design and sludge disposal design. Due to higher viscosity, it is very difficult to extract sludge out of the system.

Tyre Painting Booth (Tire Paint Booth)
Autocoat is a 35-year-old company with experience in the automobile sector for painting. We have been awarded many painting booth projects for tyre painting. Large tyre manufacturers like Ceat Tyres and Mahansaria Tyres practice tyre painting in tyre painting booths for tractor and trailer tyres.
Tire paint booth or tire painting is not a usual method followed by all tyre manufacturers. Smaller tyre manufacturers are not familiar with this technology — but it significantly extends tyre life and improves quality.
- Older Method — Mica Powder: Mica in atomized powdered form sprayed in the internal tyre areas. Used as an anti-sticking compound during vulcanization — prevents inner rubber from sticking to the mould.
- New Method — Water Based Paint: Sprayed in the interior of tyres before vulcanization using specialised spray guns. Acts as a releasing agent — improves resilience, hardness, tensile strength and tear resistance.
The Tyre Paint Booth supplied by Autocoat Engineering extracts maximum paint dust and smoke — waste spray passes through multiple series of metallic baffles and final filters leaving clean, permissible air out of the ducts.
